ISC/NASCAR Hosts Open House Washington Start Your Engines! Come out and meet International Speedway Corporation officials on Wednesday, July 27 from 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm in the Commons at South Kitsap High School. Learn more about the proposed facility and have a chance to take home some great items including race tickets and autographed memorabilia. The open house will feature a silent auction with all proceeds going to Kitsap County charities and schools. South Kitsap High School is located at 425 Mitchell Avenue in Port Orchard, WA.
